ServiceNow Architect - Strategic Portfolio Management

Role : ServiceNow Architect Needed !

We're hiring a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate will have 1017 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on implementation and architecture design in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions focusing on SPM and EA modules

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business strategies into scalable ServiceNow solutions

- Provide technical leadership across design, configuration, customization, and integration

- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and future roadmaps

- Conduct solution reviews and provide guidance on performance, scalability, and maintainability

- Drive stakeholder workshops, architecture documentation, and governance

Required Technical Skills :

- Proven experience in architecting ServiceNow implementations for SPM and EA modules

- Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management within ServiceNow

- Expertise in data modeling, ServiceNow architecture patterns, and CMDB integration

- Hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is mandatory
