We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to support a high-impact engagement. This role requires strong architectural expertise, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to lead complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and govern end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture

- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions

- Lead platform standards, best practices, and architectural decisions

- Oversee integrations, customizations, and complex workflows

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Provide technical leadership and review development work

- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow roadmap and enterprise architecture

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture exposure

- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB

- Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and platform customization

- Experience leading large or complex ServiceNow implementations
