We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define, design, and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

This role will own the platform architecture, roadmap, and technical governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and the ability to translate business requirements into robust platform designs while enforcing architectural standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Architecture & Strategy

- Define and own the ServiceNow platform roadmap, architecture standards, and technical governance model.

- Establish best practices for configuration, customization, integrations, and data management.

- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Multi-Module Design & Implementation :

Architect and lead implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including :

- ITSM

- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

- HRSD

- CSM

- GRC/IRM

- SAM/HAM

- SPM

- Design end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and enterprise architecture principles.

- Guide teams on module selection, feature usage, and platform optimization.

Technical Leadership & Governance :

- Provide architectural oversight for development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and platform best practices.

- Review and approve design documents, solution architectures, and technical implementations.

- Mentor developers and implementation teams on advanced ServiceNow concepts.

Development & Customization :

- Design and guide advanced configurations and customizations using :

- JavaScript

- Glide API

- Flow Designer

- Service Portal

- UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts

- Promote reuse, low-code/no-code capabilities, and out-of-the-box features wherever possible.

Integration & Platform Enablement

- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across integrated systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Partner with business leaders, process owners, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities, limitations, and roadmap alignment.

Experience :

- 10-15+ years of overall IT experience.

- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
