ServiceNow Architect - ITSM/CMDB Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them on customization, scripting, and integration.

- Oversee end-to-end implementation, including configuration, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.

- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards.

- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.

- Mentor junior developers and provide training on ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies).

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in implementing workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
