About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Hyderabad.

This is a contract role for a highly skilled professional who will lead the architecture, design, and development of complex ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CMDB architecture.

You will work in agile teams, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, and drive the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

The role involves working in the UK shift to ensure alignment with stakeholders in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities :

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will :

- Lead the design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices.

- Act as the architectural expert for ServiceNow and provide guidance to development teams.

- Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to connect ServiceNow with external systems.

- Work with Performance Analytics to create and manage dashboards and KPIs for business stakeholders.

- Customize ServiceNow portals and workspaces, ensuring they align with user experience best practices.

- Ensure CMDB architecture is properly configured and continuously improved based on CSDM framework and relevant processes.

- Manage ServiceNow instance performance and provide optimization recommendations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure ServiceNow solutions meet strategic goals.

- Lead governance models for citizen development, ensuring that low-code/no-code development aligns with security, compliance, and best practices.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and fresher team members.

- Assist in the migration and implementation of new ServiceNow features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption.

- Document all technical architecture, configurations, integrations, and processes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and standardization.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.

- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB architecture.

- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Performance Analytics and creating actionable dashboards and KPIs.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and experience optimizing instance performance.

- Knowledge of Cloud Security Monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Agile or Scrum experience is desirable, with a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in a multi-tenant environment, providing solutions for different customer needs.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications are preferred.
