ServiceNow Architect ITOM

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Notice Period : Immediate or maximum 10 days

Role Overview : Lead the design, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, MID Server, and Automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable ITOM architecture and process workflows

- Create HLD and LLD diagrams for ITOM modules

- Establish platform standards, governance, and best practices

- Define CMDB data models, relationships, and reconciliation strategies

- Lead platform deployment and automation initiatives

Requirements : Hands-on experience with ITOM modules, enterprise infrastructure, automation tools, and best practices in ServiceNow architecture.
