Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

- The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies and in pre-sales activities.

- You will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing IT service processes, and mentoring technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design and Architecture.

- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.

- Develop technical strategies and architectural designs to meet business needs and industry best practices.

- Create ServiceNow roadmaps, including upgrades, enhancements, and integration strategies.

- Platform Implementation and Customization.

- Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, and UI components.

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.

- Develop and deploy custom applications to address unique business challenges.

- Governance and Standards.

- Establish and maintain platform governance, development standards, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct platform health checks and implement strategies to optimize performance.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on platform capabilities and strategic enhancements.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote ServiceNow adoption and proficiency.

- Team Leadership and Mentoring.

- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Review and approve technical designs, code, and deliverables to ensure quality.

- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Extensive experience in implementing ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.

- Proven track record of designing scalable ServiceNow solutions and delivering successful implementations.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and customization.

- Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.

- Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Virtual Agent.

- Strong knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and mid-server.

- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
