Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Leadership : Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

- Strategic Roadmapping : Develop and manage the ServiceNow platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, optimization, and expansion.

- Solution Design & Best Practices : Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and performance optimization.
Ensure adherence to architectural standards and design principles.

- Technical Advisory : Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and translating them into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Integration Strategy : Define and oversee the integration strategy for ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, leveraging various integration technologies (APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, etc.

- Platform Governance : Establish and enforce platform governance policies, naming conventions, security configurations, and development guidelines.

- Presales & Consulting (if applicable) : Support presales activities by providing architectural expertise, participating in client discussions, and contributing to solution proposals.

- Team Guidance : Mentor and guide development teams on architectural patterns, complex design challenges, and technical problem-solving.

- Performance & Scalability : Ensure the designed solutions are scalable, high-performing, and resilient, capable of supporting future growth.

- Stay Current : Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases, features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of extensive experience in the ServiceNow platform, with a significant portion in an architectural or lead solution design capacity.

- Deep and broad architectural knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules.

- Proven experience in designing and leading complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and ITIL principles.

- Demonstrated experience with various integration technologies and patterns (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).

- Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide strategic direction.

- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.

- Additional certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator - CSA, Certified Application Developer - CAD) are a plus
