ServiceNow Architect - HRSD Modules

About the Role :

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with multi-module expertise to lead enterprise implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.

This role involves defining the technical roadmap, governance framework, and cross-module integration strategy for global delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and define multi-module ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD.

- Engage stakeholders to define governance models, roadmaps, and design patterns.

- Ensure CMDB alignment with CSDM standards.

- Drive delivery by mentoring teams and conducting design reviews.

- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.

- Expertise in API integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Demonstrated leadership in large ServiceNow programs.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- ServiceNow Certified Architect credentials.

- Knowledge of SecOps and GRC.
