Skill : 3-4 End to End Implementation in more than one module Mandatory

JD :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

- Successfully managed the end-to-end implementation/ customization of at least two ServiceNow modules like SPM,HRSD, ITAM, AppEngine etc.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

- A strong background of ServiceNow development

- Implement technology specific best practices and standards.

- Evaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. Perform and participate in product road map planning.

- Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.

- Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.

Points for Screening :

- Should have integration experience or development experience

- Should HRSD mandatory with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, or SPM.

- Should have Incident management or Change management experience

Should have exp in min 3 module in which HRSD is mandatory
