ServiceNow Architect - GRC / IRM | 10 - 15 Y | Pune (Hybrid) | Perm Role |

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

- 10 - 14 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM / GRC implementation.

- Experience as a Lead or Architect in at least 2 enterprise-scale GRC / IRM implementations, covering multiple modules.

- 2 - 3 years in a Lead / Architect role with solution design and delivery governance responsibilities.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM / GRC architecture, configuration, integrations, and implementation best practices.

- Mandatory certification: ServiceNow CIS - Risk & Compliance (GRC).

Key Technical Expertise:

- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including:

- Policy & Compliance Management

- Risk Management and Audit Management

- Issues Management and remediation workflows

- Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management

- Business Continuity Management (BCM)

- AI Control Tower and Operational Resilience

Platform & Integration Skills:

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

- CMDB / CSDM alignment, service mapping, ACLs and security configuration

- REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server and enterprise integrations

- Integration with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Qualys, Tenable, SAP, Oracle and identity platforms

- GRC dashboards, Performance Analytics and AI-enabled risk workflows

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end ServiceNow IRM / GRC solution architecture and implementation.

- Define enterprise architecture standards, governance, and technology roadmaps.

- Design risk, compliance, audit, vendor risk, and business continuity workflows.

- Lead integrations with enterprise security, ERP, and identity management systems.

- Partner with Risk, Audit, Legal, Privacy, and CISO stakeholders.

- Drive platform best practices, minimize unnecessary customization, and mentor technical teams.

- Support GRC modernization, operational resilience, and AI-driven risk management initiatives.

- CSA | CTA | CIS - Vendor Risk Management | CRISC | CISA | CISSP | CISM
