Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect GRC / IRM to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, workflows, integrations, and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

- Lead implementation and configuration of Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Access Controls.

- Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions, workflows, and data models.

- Design and implement workflows, integrations, and APIs using REST and SOAP.

- Provide technical leadership on solution architecture, data models, integrations, and platform capabilities.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and customizations as required.

- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Participate in Agile development processes, solution reviews, and technical discussions.

- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and enhancement lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 13 years of experience in ServiceNow with strong experience in GRC / IRM.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC, IRM, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.

- Experience with Workflows, Access Controls, APIs, REST, and SOAP integrations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and data models.

- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and technical design.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
