Job Title : ServiceNow Architect (Custom Applications)

Location : Noida

Experience : 10+ years in IT, 6+ years in ServiceNow

Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow custom applications and enterprise solutions.

- Define technical strategy, integration patterns, and data flows for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

- Hands-on development of custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Apps, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Ensure platform governance, best practices, performance tuning, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.

- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership during design, development, and deployment.

- Drive integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).

- Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements of ServiceNow environments.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years IT experience, with at least 6 years of ServiceNow development & architecture.

- Strong experience in custom application development on ServiceNow (Scoped Apps).

- Expertise in App Engine Studio, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server).

- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM (implementation experience preferred).

- Experience in architecture design, solutioning, and platform governance.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM/HRSD/CSM.

- Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
