Job Title : ServiceNow Architect CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales)

Location : Mohali (On-site)

Experience Level : Lead (8+ years in ServiceNow, 3+ years as Architect)

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)

- Collaborate with Sales teams for solution demos & technical pre-sales support

- Oversee CSM module implementations and guide delivery teams

- Act as escalation point for technical issues and mentor junior resources

Qualifications & Skills :

- Expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales lifecycle)

- Strong background in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations

- Good-to-have: Experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM modules

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Certified Implementation Specialist CSM (CIS-CSM)

- ServiceNow CSA
