About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect (CMDB) to lead the design and implementation of CMDB solutions for an advanced AI Inventory initiative. This role will act as the technical authority for ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, integrations, and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design CMDB solutions aligned with CSDM standards

- Lead development of AI Inventory for tracking AI agents, models, and MCP components

- Implement ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping for automated asset visibility

- Design integrations with Databricks, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs

- Develop custom workflows, scripts, and applications using JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting

- Establish CMDB governance, data quality, and CI lifecycle processes

- Configure ITOM modules like Event Management, AIOps, and Cloud Management

- Build dashboards and reports for CMDB health and compliance

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

- Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and integration specs

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of ServiceNow implementation & architecture experience

- Strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and CSDM framework

- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server

- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes

- Experience in data modeling, CI relationships, normalization

- Expertise in Integration Hub, Import Sets, and CMDB federation

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications : CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CAD

- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or model lifecycle management

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations

- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Performance Analytics

- Understanding of SecOps and cybersecurity frameworks

- Experience in multi-instance ServiceNow architecture
