Role & responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture and design of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define and enforce ServiceNow governance standards, including architecture principles, design patterns, and development guidelines.
- Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop technical roadmaps and solution architectures to support the long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and other team members.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and functionality, assessing their potential impact and value to the organization.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and prototype new solutions to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed ServiceNow
enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, security frameworks, and scalability requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Engineer (CIE), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
