Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead architecture, design, and solutioning for complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.


- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and

alignment with business objectives.


- Develop high-level architecture diagrams, data models, integration designs, and system workflows.


- Provide hands-on technical leadership using Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.


- Guide development teams in building custom applications and automation workflows using ServiceNow App Engine.


- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards, platform governance, and ITIL-based processes.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure optimal solution delivery.


- Drive integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, MID Server, and integration hubs.


- Conduct platform reviews, performance optimization, and best practice recommendations.


- Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement of the ServiceNow ecosystem.


- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and architecture.


- Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps using ServiceNow App

Engine.


- Proficiency in Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer,

and Client Scripts.


- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and process design methodologies.


- Experience designing integrations, automation workflows, and scalable platform

architectures.


- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot platform and integration issues
