About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive platform strategy, ensure best practices in architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective workflows and enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SecOps, and Custom Applications.

- Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow designs.

- Define and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.

- Lead technical reviews, solution design workshops, and architecture documentation (HLDs/LLDs).

- Guide development teams in workflow configurations, scripting (Glide), integrations, and customizations.

- Recommend platform roadmap, upgrades, and new capabilities to improve adoption and maturity.

- Oversee ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server, web services, and 3rd-party tools.

- Ensure security, CMDB accuracy, and adherence to ITIL processes.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Mentor and coach ServiceNow developers and admins.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 6+ years working on ServiceNow.

- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Integrations.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Service Portal.

- Experience designing integrations via REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO, LDAP, and MID Server.

- Hands-on experience in building Custom Scoped Applications.

- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise architecture principles.

- ServiceNow certifications such as :

1. Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.

2. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Preferred.

3. Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred.

4. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Added advantage.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decision-making.

- Proven leadership in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Good to Have :

- Experience with ServiceNow UI/UX customization.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive intelligence, and automation frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
