- Engage with executives ? capture pain points & requirements.

- Translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.

- Maintain technical integrity (governance, change control, impact assessments).

- Lead architecture & design workshops.

- Oversee enhancements & enterprise program delivery.

- Hands-on : Workflows, IntegrationHub, Workspaces, NowAssist, UI/UX, Performance Analytics, scripting (JS, HTML, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, dictionary).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stay updated on latest SNOW practices.

Qualifications :

- Delivery Architect role (consulting environment preferred).

- 8+ yrs ServiceNow hands-on experience.

- Strong ITIL/ESM/Asset Mgmt/SecOps/AI/Low-code exposure.

- Scripting in JavaScript, HTML.

- Certifications : CSA mandatory; CIS & App Dev preferred.

- Soft skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration.
