ServiceNow Architect

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

- Lead implementations and enhancements across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

- Develop custom applications and workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, ACLs, and Business Rules.

- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external systems.

- Collaborate with Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, and promote DevOps best practices.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance to development teams.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including architecture designs, process flows, and technical specifications.

- Engage effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 - 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, ACLs, and Business Rules.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one domain Preferred
