Position : ServiceNow Architect - CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales).

Location : Mohali, India | Shift : 4 PM - 1 AM |.

On-site | Full-time.

Role Summary :

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM).

The role involves designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across Pre-Sales (lead, onboarding, entitlement) and Post-Sales (case, contracts, renewals, field service).

You will also work closely with sales teams, clients, and delivery teams to ensure smooth end-to-end customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & implement ServiceNow CSM Pre-Sales & Post-Sales modules.

- Integrate ServiceNow with CRM platforms (Salesforce/MS Dynamics).

- Support pre-sales demos, solution blueprints, and effort estimates.

- Guide delivery teams on workflows, integrations, and security.

- Act as a technical lead & mentor for the team.

Requirements :

- 8+ years in ServiceNow, with 3+ years as an Architect.

- Strong hands-on in ServiceNow CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales).

- Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).

- Certifications preferred : CTA / CIS-CSM / CSA.

- Excellent communication & consulting skills.
