Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and manage complex ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with strong development expertise and a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture roles.

- Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM).

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), APIs (REST/SOAP), MID Server, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, or custom APIs.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

- Define and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and governance for the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop and oversee integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., Azure AD, Oracle, CMDBs, APIs)

- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or custom applications.

- Implement ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies/actions, ACLs, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Manage version upgrades, patch management, and release management processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, operations, and business units.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Define and enforce coding standards, configuration management practices, and development lifecycle processes.

Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Preferred (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred

- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification a plus
