Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD

- Develop and configure core ServiceNow components such as Portals, Employee Center, and custom applications

- Architect and implement complex integrations using APIs, plugins, and orchestration workflows

- Design and maintain CMDB using CDM and CSDM frameworks for improved data modeling and governance

- Oversee ServiceNow platform upgrades and work collaboratively in multi-vendor environments

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions

- Ensure best practices and ServiceNow standards are followed throughout the implementation lifecycle

- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

- Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow roadmap, new features, and emerging technologies

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in core ServiceNow development including Portals and Employee Center

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations : REST/SOAP APIs, Plugins, Orchestration, and web services

- Proficient in CDM/CSDM modeling and CMDB governance

- Extensive knowledge of ITSM Pro features such as Chatbot and Virtual Agent

- Proven experience managing ServiceNow platform upgrades and multi-vendor environments

- Certifications : ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow System Administrator, and at least one Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM / ITOM / ITBM)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion
