Role Summary :

Responsible for configuring, extending, and supporting the ServiceNow Copilot application to deliver conversational workflows, AI-driven recommendations, and graph-based personalization. Works closely with the architect and integration engineer to ensure Copilot is embedded into ServiceNow user journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure ServiceNow Copilot (forms, workflows, service catalog, conversational intents, UI actions).

- Build and test Copilot conversation flows and orchestration with ServiceNows App Engine.

- Implement scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) to support Copilot actions.

- Ensure smooth integration of Maven APIs within ServiceNow Copilot.

- Support debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Copilot-enabled apps.

- Collaborate with architects and offshore engineers to deliver PRD-driven features.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years ServiceNow development experience (App Engine, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer).

- Strong JavaScript skills; experience building conversational workflows.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, API calls, and orchestration.

- Exposure to AI-driven apps or copilots (Virtual Agent, MS Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) a plus.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; App Engine or Virtual Agent cert preferred.
