Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with hands-on expertise in platform development and full lifecycle implementations.

- The candidate should have experience in key ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, as well as Customer Service Management (CSM).

- Experience with large-scale CRM systems is desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.

- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.

- Implement CSM module features and integrations with CRM systems.

- Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and client/server-side logic.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.

- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.

- Proven full lifecycle implementation experience in ITSM modules.

- Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module.

- Knowledge of large-scale CRM systems integration.

- Strong scripting skills : JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow-specific technologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
