ServiceNow APM Developer/Architect

Job Description

Experience : 7-9 years

Responsibilities :

- Work as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.

- Configure various ServiceNow ITBM modules (APM, PPM, TPM, etc.)

- Develop configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.

- Create and manage Service Catalogs.

- Integrate ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications using web-services (REST/SOAP) or other methodologies like JDBC.

- Integrate APM with other ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and SAM.

- Utilize programming languages and databases like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

- Apply technical knowledge across various phases of applications, understanding business or app functions.

- Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.

- Develop Configuration Management policies and procedures for tracking IT assets and licensing.

- Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow, including Workflow, UI, client scripts, and business rules.

- Have good knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, and APM implementations in ServiceNow.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT industry.

- Strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer.

- Expertise in configuring ServiceNow ITBM modules.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integration with 3rd party tools using web-services or other methods.

- Familiarity with programming languages and databases like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

- Technical understanding of various application phases and business functions.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting, building custom Reports, and Dashboards.

- Ability to create Configuration Management policies and procedures for IT asset tracking.

- Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, and APM implementations in ServiceNow.
