Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

- Work across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM, integrating AI and analytics for improved efficiency.

- Configure and customize the platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.

- Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, mid servers, and cloud-to-cloud connections.

- Implement and optimize Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics features.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or Now Assist.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with REST/SOAP-based integrations and data migration.

- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes and configuration.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or ITIL Foundation certification.

- Exposure to Agentic AI / Now Assist implementations.

- Prior experience working with global clients in an Agile setup.
