Job Opening : ServiceNow Developer & Administrator

Location : Pan India

Experience : 6+ Years (4+ Years Relevant)

Work Mode : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Development :

- Design & build custom ServiceNow apps & modules

- Develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies

- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into tech solutions

- Troubleshoot & resolve issues swiftly

- Perform code reviews & maintain documentation

Administration :

- Manage ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog

- Create reports & dashboards for performance insights

- Handle user/role management and access controls

- Support upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance

Collaboration & Support :

- Work with DevOps & cross-functional teams

- Analyze data & recommend service improvements
