ServiceNow Administrator

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team in Gurugram. This is a hybrid contract role for a professional with a strong background in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for managing the platform's stability, executing deployments, and contributing to development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and execute major ServiceNow platform upgrades on a bi-annual basis.

- Oversee monthly patching and defect remediation to maintain system health.

- Handle ServiceNow deployments to UAT and Production environments for all development sprints.

- Assist in developing and expanding release automation to streamline and simplify deployment processes.

- Perform minor development tasks within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications in ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with various teams to ensure system functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Certifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow.

- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM certification is highly beneficial.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
