Job Description :

We are seeking a candidate with :

- 8+ years of IT experience in enterprise applications.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceMax (must).

Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in :

- Salesforce (customization & development).

- Integration projects.

- Asset Management solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceMax solutions to meet client business needs.

- Implement Salesforce modules and integrations with ServiceMax.

- Work on Asset Management workflows and optimize field service processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

- Ensure best practices, testing, and documentation are followed throughout.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Proven track record of ServiceMax implementations.

- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge with integration experience.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote contract role.
