- Client & Stakeholder Management Relationship Building : Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary contact for service issues.
- Expectation Management : Align service delivery with client expectations and business value.
- Reporting : Prepare and present performance reports, progress updates, and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Service Operations & Quality Oversee Delivery : Ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring : Define, track, and report on KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement.
