Servhigh Global - Database Developer - PL-SQL

Key Responsibilities :

- Optimize SQL queries and database performance through advanced tuning techniques.

- Develop and implement data models, ensuring scalability, integrity, and best practices in database design.

- Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and architects to support application/database integration.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and production issues.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and Execution Plans.

- Proficiency in Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and database design principles.

- Experience with ETL processes, stored procedures, and large-scale databases.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices will be an added advantage.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP).

- Experience with automation and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
