User Research :

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other methodologies.

- Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.

Design and Prototyping :

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and design standards.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver intuitive and user-centric solutions.

- Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative design solutions.

User Interface Design :

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.

- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across various devices and platforms.

Testing and Iteration :

- Conduct usability tests and gather qualitative and quantitative data to refine and enhance user experiences.

- Implement A/B testing to evaluate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.

Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and specifications to guide the development team.

- Create and update design system components and guidelines.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- A master's degree is a plus.

Experience :

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably within the fin-tech industry or a related field.

- Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

- Proficiency in Figma (including advanced features like Auto Layout, Variants, Design Tokens, and AI-powered plugins).

- Ability to create interactive prototypes, responsive layouts, and scalable design systems.

- Deep understanding of design systems principles, governance, and scalability.

- Hands-on experience with AI-based UX tools such as: Visily.io and UXPilot for automated wireframes, user flows, and usability analysis.

- Staying updated with emerging UX trends like ethical design, sustainability, and AI-driven personalization.

- Proven track record of designing complex web and mobile applications.
