Role : Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant

Qualifications and Experience :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization.

- Exposure to Workday Orchestrate would be desired.

- Experience in building at least 2-3 applications using Workday Extend.

- Proficiency in building Extend orchestrations and modelling business processes.

- A strong understanding of app components, model components, app security, and authentication processes.

- Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST).

- Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer).

- Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance.

- Workday certified is a must.

- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams.

- Collaborative workshop facilitator and consensus builder.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

- Proactive in knowledge transfer and maintaining technical documentation, including integration specifications, data mapping, and process flows.
