We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Business Analyst to join our team in a senior capacity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, configure and support Workday and Servicenow environments to align with evolving business needs.

- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

- Develop comprehensive business process analyses, strategies and roadmaps to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead and manage Workday-related projects from initiation through deployment ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

- Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and Excel to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

- Create detailed documentation workflow diagrams and process maps using Visio to support process transparency and improvement.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for business analysis and system implementation.

- Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge-sharing across the team
