Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Business Analyst to join our team in a senior capacity.

This role requires deep expertise in Workday, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex business processes across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday and Servicenow, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

This is a leadership role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, process optimization, and delivery of strategic solutions.


Key Roles and Responsibilities :


- Analyze, configure, and support Workday and Servicenow environments to align with evolving business needs.

- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

- Develop comprehensive business process analyses, strategies, and roadmaps to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


- Lead and manage Workday-related projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

- Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and Excel to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

- Create detailed documentation, workflow diagrams, and process maps using Visio to support process transparency and improvement.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for business

analysis and system implementation.

- Stay updated with Workday releases, Servicenow enhancements, and industry trends to proactively introduce improvements.

- Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge-sharing across the team.


Qualifications and Skills :


Mandatory Skills :


- Expertise in Workday with proven track record of implementations and support.

- Proficiency in Servicenow integration and workflow management.

- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and negotiate across business units.


Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, reporting).

- Expertise in Visio for process documentation and workflow design.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in Agile methodology with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and reporting tools in Workday.

- Experience with testing frameworks (unit, UAT, regression) for Workday and Servicenow changes.


Soft Skills :


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently in remote environments.

- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Adaptability and a continuous learning approach.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Workday or Servicenow Certifications.


- Experience with other enterprise HR or ERP systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API-based integrations.

- Strong presentation and reporting skills for executive leadership
