Educational Qualification (Mandatory) : Engineering Degree (CSE / Information Technology) or MCA

Experience : 6+ years

We are looking for a Senior WMS Developer to help enhance and scale our core Warehouse Management product used across high-volume distribution centers. You will own critical backend components, work closely with product and operations teams, and design systems that perform reliably at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who understands warehouse operations end-to-end, enjoys solving complex engineering problems, and is comfortable evolving an existing WMS or building new capabilities from scratch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services for WMS products

- Implement core warehouse workflows (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking)

- Optimize database performance for high-throughput transactions

- Build and maintain integrations with OMS, ERP, and last-mile platforms

- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability

- Mentor engineers and uphold coding best practices

Technical Skills & Experience :

Engineering :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of Microservices and Event-Driven architectures

- Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous processing

Data & Persistence :

- Strong expertise in Oracle or other transactional databases

- Proficiency in SQL tuning, indexing, and large-scale data handling

- Working knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

Integrations :

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

- Hands-on exposure to message brokers (Kafka, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ)

Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of WMS concepts: Waves, Slotting, Cross-Docking, Yard Management

- Exposure to Tier-1 WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) is a plus
