Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Windchill Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill development, customization, and configuration. The candidate should have strong expertise in Windchill architecture, application development, workflow customization, reporting, and customer-facing solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and configure PTC Windchill applications based on business and customer requirements.

- Work extensively on Form Processors, Validators, Data Utilities, Form Controllers, and other Windchill customization frameworks.

- Customize workflows, reporting frameworks, and Windchill applications.

- Understand and work with Windchill architecture and application development best practices.

- Participate in end-to-end PLM implementations, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Work on Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Reporting functionalities.

- Follow build and release processes for Windchill applications.

- Collaborate closely with customers, understand requirements, demonstrate developed solutions, and provide technical guidance.

- Work effectively in an Agile development environment.

Tech Stack:

- 6+ years of experience in Windchill Development and Customization.

- Strong knowledge of Windchill Customization and Configuration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Form Processors, Validators, Data Utilities, and Form Controllers.

- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript, GWT, jQuery, XML, JSP, and SQL.

- Deep understanding of Windchill Architecture.

- Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle PLM implementations using Windchill.

- Experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Reporting.

- Knowledge of Build and Release processes.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
