Senior Website Developer - React.js Framework

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Website Developer to own and enhance our company website and Webflow CMS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js, and will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional web experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Own and manage our website and CMS, ensuring modernity, performance, and scalability while delivering high-quality work.

- Develop and implement custom components and interactive experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js .

- Work closely with the design team to translate concepts and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support timely launches, campaigns, and regular content updates.

- Optimize the website for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-device responsiveness.

- Maintain thorough documentation of web assets, CMS structures, and associated workflows.

- Stay informed on industry best practices, web standards, and emerging trends, proactively incorporating improvements into the Tessell web presence.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Website Developer or similar role.

- Expert and working knowledge with modern CMS such as Webflow, WordPress, Gatsby,

Drupal, and more.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js .

- Expertise with Webflow and content management systems (CMS).

- Experience collaborating closely with design teams and effectively translating design into

interactive experiences.

- Experience with website automation testing.

- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with maintaining CMS workflows and structures.

- Ability to proactively identify and adopt emerging web development trends and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
