About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Web & CMS Engineer to own and evolve the engineering capabilities behind our corporate and digital marketing web platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering and Marketing. Marketing and business teams will own and contribute content, campaigns, landing pages, analytics, and digital experiences, while this engineer provides the technical foundation, development, integrations, and platform capabilities required to support those experiences.

Tech Stack:

- Sanity (headless CMS)

- Gatsby / React

- Netlify (build/deployment)

- Cloudflare (infrastructure)

- OneTrust (privacy management)

- Google Analytics / GA4

- Greenhouse & Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the engineering aspects of the company's Sanity-based headless CMS platform.

- Design and maintain content schemas, APIs, workflows, and reusable components.

- Develop self-service capabilities for business teams.

- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and webhooks.

- Partner with Marketing to translate digital requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Own the technical implementation of OneTrust for cookie consent and privacy.

- Maintain integrations with Greenhouse and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and security.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional software or web engineering experience.

- Strong backend engineering skills (APIs, integrations, services).

- Experience with modern headless CMS architectures.

- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and web-development fundamentals.

- Experience with web performance, caching, CDN concepts, and security.

- Ability to diagnose production issues across application, CMS, and infrastructure layers.

- Experience working directly with Marketing and business stakeholders.
