Role Overview :

As a Senior AI Deployment Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering production-grade Voice AI Agents for enterprise customers. Youll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to design, customize, and deploy intelligent voice systems. This is a fast-paced, AI-native role where youll translate customer needs into real, working agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, craft rapid prototypes, and present technical solutions.

- Become a subject expert in designing and tuning Voice AI agent behaviors, prompts, and flows.

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI Agent delivery : requirement mapping ? defining outcomes ? configuration & prompt design ? testing ? deployment ? monitoring ? optimization.

- Build and maintain integrations using Python/JavaScript with tools like CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and other enterprise apps.

- Work from customer locations when needed to speed up deployment cycles.

- Serve as the technical bridge between client expectations and platform capabilities.

- Convert learnings and repeatable patterns into reusable tools, utilities, and templates.

- Provide structured inputs to product and GTM teams based on field insights.

- Create runbooks, documentation, and training material to enable customer-facing teams post-deployment.

Requirements :

- Strong problem-solving mindset and interest in working in AI-first environments.

- 2 to 4 years experience in software development or AI projects with proficiency in at least one programming language.

- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based interaction design.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

- Experience working across the full stack and comfort with integrating multiple systems.

- Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Familiarity with AI agents, retrieval systems (RAG), data handling, or related areas is a plus.

- T-shaped skillset with the ability to dive deep technically while coordinating across Sales, CS, Ops, and Product.
