About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President Digital Native & AI Operations to build and scale a high-growth Digital Native and AI Operations business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leadership role will drive business growth, global delivery excellence, and AI-first transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and scale Digital Native and AI Operations business units.

- Lead global delivery organizations with 1,000+ employees.

- Own large delivery portfolios and P&L responsibilities.

- Drive AI-first transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

- Build high-performing leadership and delivery teams.

- Develop growth strategies, customer relationships, and operational excellence.

- Lead global transitions and large-scale transformation programs.

- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives.

- Drive innovation in AI Operations and Digital Services.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15-20 years of leadership experience.

- Experience at SVP or VP level.

- Managed global delivery organizations with 1,000+ FTEs.

- Owned $50M+ P&L or delivery portfolio.

- Strong experience serving Digital Native or AI-first customers.

- Proven ability to scale businesses and build global teams.
