About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Your deep expertise in UX principles, UI design, and design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD will help drive our products to the next level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.

- Translate complex requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to define design solutions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.

- Ensure consistency across products by maintaining design systems and style guides.

- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web and mobile product design.

- Expertise in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and interaction design patterns.

- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
