Senior UX Designer - Human Computer Interaction

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes, including AI and Copilot tools.

What will you need to be successful in this role ?

- Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles

- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs,

and developers.

- Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.

- Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.

- Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.

- Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Good to have :

- Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.

- Proven experience in creating functional prototypes

- Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.

- Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.
