Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and refine user experiences for our cloud management platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex technical processes into simple, accessible designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize your expertise in UX design to craft innovative, user- centric solution and experiences that address customer pain points and drive measurable business outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with Design, Product Management, Engineering, and key stakeholders to define a shared vision, ensure alignment with project goals, and guide the end-to-end design process.

- Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for responsive web applications, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across devices.

- Take full ownership of the UX process, ensuring alignment from concept through implementation.

- Own the visual design elements - including layouts, color schemes, typography, icons, and graphics - while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable implementation without compromising on core UX principles.

- Present necessary UX deliverables and design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and final approval.

- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of UX solutions using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

- Champion UX best practices and contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system.

- Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development and supporting the overall growth of the team.

Desired Skills and Requirements :

Must Have :

- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture, with a deep understanding of usability principles.

- Proven experience working within a UX and product design environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including Product Management, Engineering, and designers-throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tool like Figma and familiarity with AI-powered design tools that enhance workflow efficiency.

- Demonstrated experience designing within and contributing to established design systems.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work specifically in B2B SaaS products is a must.

- Solid understanding of web application development processes, including the constraints and possibilities of various platforms.

- Demonstrate strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions.

- Prior experience designing UX for Cloud Management or Cloud Operations tools is a significant advantage.

Experience : 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience delivering solutions for complex B2B SaaS platforms.

Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
