We are hiring a Senior UX Designer/Architect to design and improve user experiences across enterprise-grade products.

This role requires someone who can simplify complex workflows, optimize dashboards, and deliver intuitive user journeys.

Responsibilities :

- Design and optimize UX for enterprise platforms (not just websites).

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into user-first solutions.

- Present and explain design choices (flows, colors, accessibility, rationale).

- Mentor junior designers and drive design thinking.

Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of UX design experience in platforms/SaaS/enterprise products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product UX design.

- Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Sketch/Adobe CC/InVision/Miro is a plus.

- Strong communication skills to explain design rationale clearly.

- Design degree, UX certifications, accessibility knowledge, basic HTML/CSS.
