About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our team and work directly with our client Tata Medical in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points.

- Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.

- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces aligned with business goals and user expectations.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.

- Advocate for UX best practices and maintain consistency across products.

- Stay updated on latest trends in design, tools, and usability standards.

- Deliver design documentation and support development teams during implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 6 years of proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.

- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

- Strong knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and design thinking processes.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) to work closely with developers.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in healthcare or enterprise product design will be a plus.
