We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team as a key individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of complex, enterprise-level SaaS solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert in design, bridging the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who prefers to focus on the craft, strategy, and execution of design and can significantly influence the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities include :

Design Strategy & Execution :

- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process for complex features and products, from initial discovery and user journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.

- Iterative Design: Drive the iterative design cycle by mapping complex flows, validating concepts with customers, and rapidly refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

- Complex Problem Solving: Tackle challenging edge cases and architectural design problems within a tech or SaaS environment, ensuring a seamless user experience across a massive scale.

- Strategic Influence: Collaborate with Business and Product partners to shape product strategy, ensuring that design direction aligns with market viability and technical constraints.

Systems & Governance :

- Design Systems Advocacy: Identify, build, and maintain common components within our design system to support a wide array of customer use cases and ensure UI consistency.

- Brand Alignment: Partner with the Global Marketing and Branding teams to ensure all digital experiences are compliant with global brand strategy and digital experience framework.

- Design Governance: Adhere to and improve design governance processes to maintain high quality and unified vision across the product suite.

Research & Measurement

- Evidence-Based Design: Conduct and apply primary customer research to inform design decisions.

- Impact Measurement: Define and measure success using both qualitative (usability testing) and quantitative (product analytics) methods.

Collaboration & Communication

- Storytelling: Use compelling narratives to bring design directions to life, effectively communicating "the why" behind design decisions to stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Development teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation of designs.

- Expert Facilitation: Demonstrate high-level synthesis skills by integrating feedback from multiple teams and facilitating outcome-focused design discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 8-10 years of professional product design experience, specifically focused on complex enterprise software or high-scale SaaS environments.

- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools such as Sketch, Framer, Adobe Creative Cloud.

- AX: Proven ability to leverage AI to enhance design workflows and a deep understanding of the UX challenges unique to AI products (e.g., bias, trust, and feedback loops).

- Systems Thinking: A strong understanding of design systems and the ability to scale components for diverse use cases.

- Accessibility: Well versed with WCAG standards, ADA and EAA.

- Process Expertise: Proven track record in Agile environments, utilizing iterative design processes and rapid validation.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a specific talent for negotiation and conflict resolution in ambiguous environments.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Design or relevant work experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world impact on complex software products. Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Autonomy: Ability to operate with high independence in a fast-paced environment.

- Ambiguity Management: Comfortable navigating through complex requirements and evolving project scopes.

- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of how design impacts business goals and market positioning
