We are looking for an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to lead automation initiatives, design scalable RPA solutions, and mentor the development team in driving end-to-end automation delivery.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain reusable components, libraries, and frameworks for automation.
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Manage UiPath Orchestrator configurations, robot scheduling, and monitoring.
- Integrate UiPath workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Document process definitions, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior RPA developers.
- Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, RPA trends, and AI/ML integrations for automation enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath.
- Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RE Framework.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process design, and automation lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python scripting for automation customization.
- Experience in integrating RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases and data manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have :
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Ui ARD) or RPA Solution Architect certification.
- Exposure to Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, or Task Mining in UiPath.
- Experience with Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP for cloud-based automation deployments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for RPA.
