Senior UiPath Developer - Permanent WFH (India)

- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade UiPath RPA solutions with a pure development focus (no operations/support scope).

- Develop complex workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework, queues, and best practices, including reusable components, custom activities, and robust error handling/logging.

- Integrate UiPath with SAP, Oracle, web services, databases, Citrix, and other enterprise applications; perform code reviews, optimization, and debugging of automations.

- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements, design solutions, and maintain/enhance existing bots using version control and Orchestrator.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years total experience, with minimum 4 years of hands-on UiPath development.

- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework, queue management, selectors, data manipulation, and exception handling.

- Proficiency in VB.NET/C#, API integrations, SQL/database connectivity, and Citrix automation.

- Solid understanding of RPA best practices, performance optimization, and scalable bot design; ability to work independently in a permanent WFH setup.

Preferred :

- UiPath Advanced/Developer certifications (UiARD / UiRPA) highly preferred.

- Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Automation Cloud, and familiarity with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices in RPA delivery.

Must-Have Criteria :

- Pure development background with a proven track record of delivering 10+ complex UiPath projects end-to-end.
